Percaya atau tidak sampah di Malaysia sebesar negeri Perlis (dlm masa 5 hari).

Jika dikumpul n diratakan dlm tempoh 5 hari, sampah yang t’hasil boleh menutupi Perlis.

Kalo setahun, boleh jadi memenuhi negeri Pahang, xpon ½ keluasan semenanjung Malaysia.

Ini adalah hasil sumbangan kita semua la penduduk Malaysia yg berjumlah kira-kira 28 Juta. Dahsyat kan…

Dlm 1 hari, isi rumah m’buang sampah = 30,000 tan = 30,000 lori berkapasiti 1 tan di jalan raya sepjg 90km.

1 thn = 10,950,000 tan = 30,000 lori berkapasiti 1 tan di jalan raya sepjg 32,850 km.

Anggaran: lori 1 tan = 3 m panjang & 2 m lebar → luas lori = 6 m² @ 0.006 km².

Jika 30,000 lori = 180 km² = hampir sama luas 22 padang bola sepak (ukuran antarabangsa).

5 hari = menutup keseluruhan negeri Perlis (810 km²).

Tahun 2008, sampah domestic bg KL & Selangor = 1,841,372 tan. 2009 = 1,919,529 tan. Dijangka akan terus meningkat dengan kehadiran 3 juta pendatang asing.

Bayangkan, 3,000 org m’buang plastic pembungkus gula-gula pada satu-satu masa,boleh menutupi sebuah gelanggang badminton (alamak, xleh men badminton lagi pasni…). Nampak kecik tp org xtaw kesannye n selalu amek mudah dgn tindakan ni. Dalam mase 1 jam, ia boleh memenuhi padang bola sepak. Just imagine kalo 1 mgu, 1 bulan dan seterusnya 1 tahun?

Actually, banyak yang kita boleh lakukan untuk menyelamatkan bumi kita daripada ditenggelami sampah.
